Opening Times:
We operate a booking schedule.
Drop off and collection times will be made to accommodate your needs, where possible
Otherwise they should fall into the following time slots:
Monday & Tuesday 8am to 8pm
Wednesday 8am to 11.30am - 6pm to 8pm
Thursday 6pm to 8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 2pm to 6pm
Health:
All rabbits must be vaccinated against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD).
Rabbits will not be accepted without valid vaccination certifcates(s); these will be checked on arrival.Any pet showing signs of disease, illness or injury may be refused boarding and we reserve the right to not accept your pet under these conditions.
Illness or Death:
Hopefully this will not occur. However if your pet does become ill during their stay with us you or your emergency contact will be contacted immediately and we will contact your vet, or ours for assistance.
If medical attention is required, your pet will be transported to the vet, treatment costs must be reimbursed by you, the owner.
If bonded pets need to be separated due to illness, we will not charge you any extra accommodation charges.
If your pet should die whilst in our care, we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately to discuss your wishes.
If your pet does become ill or dies during their stay with us, we accept no liability as all pets are left entirely at their owner’s own risk.
Abandonment:
All rabbits must be collected on their due date and time. Any rabbits not collected and if we are not able to contact you or your emergency contact by the information given on the registration form, after seven days we reserve the right to have your rabbit re-homed. Every legal effort will be made to have you reimburse boarding fees and any re-homing costs.
Liabiilities:
All owners accept that illness, death, injury, accident, theft and public liability and all other insurance's for your rabbit whilst with us and yourself whilst on our property, are your sole reponsibility and that Beds For Bunnies are released of any and all such liabilities.
Payment:
A £10.00 per hutch non-refundable deposit will secure your rabbits accommodation and cash payment in full will be required on the day of arrival.
Data Protection:
All information given on the registration form will be for Beds For Bunnies usage only. No information will be passed onto third parties, other than for Veterinary care.
